Are you comfortable supporting challenging behaviour and approaching challenges with a resilient, nurturing approach?
Are you passionate about supporting children who struggle within a mainstream classroom to succeed in specialist educational settings?
The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining a positive learning environment for pupils with additional SEMH needs across age groups. You must have prior experience supporting SEMH and challenging behaviour, be it within a classroom, through a Psychology degree or support work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
