About You:

  • A passion for being a positive influence in the lives of young people, helping them to develop emotional regulation and social skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm approach, especially when working with students during challenging situations.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a proactive approach to learning new strategies and techniques.
