Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm

Rate: From £77 per day

Start date: 2nd September 2024.

Working as a teaching assistant will involve working 1:1 with with a year 9 pupil. You will work as part the staff assisting the pupil on a 1:1 basis and sometimes as part of small groups. The school is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a drive to helping young pupils with daily activities alongside aiding them in social environments. A background in sport will help along  with previous experience working with children with ADHD, ASD, SLD, and PD would be extremely beneficial.

This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will be taken onto school contract.

Requirements

-          Enhanced DBS

-          Able to work in the UK

-          Registered with EWC

-          Able to provide 2 references

-          Level 2 safeguarding (free of charge)

-          De-escalation qualification** (desirable)
