Teaching Personnel, the market leaders, are seeking an experienced MFL teacher to work full time in one of our well-respected partner schools in the Coleshill area of Warwickshire.

Teaching Personnel will pay to scale on all long-term placements.

IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED MFL TEACHER AND FEEL CONFIDENT DELIVERING A RANGE OF LESSONS TO SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS THEN THIS IS THE ROLE FOR YOU!

Job Requirements:

• QTS in secondary MFL teaching
• Experience in delivering lessons to a range of year groups and abilities
• Proficiency in one or more languages (French, German, Spanish) with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabularly and pronunciation
• Strong understanding of safeguarding
• Confident with behaviour management techniques

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons to years 7-11, the ability to teach A-Level is advantageous
• Assess pupil progress on a regular basis through assessments, providing timely yet informative feedback to pupils, condusive with their learning
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the MFL department through effective communication and teamwork
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extra curricular activities
• Have a strong desire to see the children within your classes to thrive and succeed
