Job Title: Long Term MFL Teacher (Spanish and French)

Start Date: January 2025 

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a talented and dedicated MFL Teacher proficient in both Spanish and French to join our team for a long-term position starting in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students' language learning and development.

Role Description: As a Long Term MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Spanish and French to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students. Your main duties will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed.
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the MFL department.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Spanish and French 
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering a love of language learning in students.
