Position: Spanish Teacher

Pay: To scale 
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: January 2025, Maternity cover

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish curriculum (knowledge of an additional language is a plus but not required)
• Fluent in Spanish
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Child-only DBS on the update service or willingness to apply (we can assist you with this)
• Two professional references from recent employment

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Spanish to KS3 and KS4 students across a range of abilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of your students
• Prepare and assess Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing exams
• Get involved in a variety of extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience
