Teaching Personnel require an enthusiastic and committed Music Teacher to work within one of our partner Secondary schools in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful school and make a positive impact to pupils in Music. This Secondary teaching job will be on a short term supply basis. This school has an Ofsted rating of 'Good'.

ich is at the heart of a local and diverse community. The school is a great place for staff to work in and for children to attend. The Music Teacher will become part of the wider dynamic teaching team and will display their passion to encourage an enthusiasm for a love of learning and creativity amongst children at the school. They will naturally possess excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills and will be able to foster positive relationships with the children, staff and the wider School community. They will be kind, caring and approachable and will be motivated to get involved with all aspects of our busy and vibrant School.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engagin
g music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Teach music theory, history, and performance techniques.
• Develop individualized learning plans based on student needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


You will have:
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Two education/school based-references
• The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities
• A strong commitment to raising standards
• Experience in one or more of the key stages
