Nursery Assistant - Role and Responsibilities:

• Support the nursery team in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
• Assist in planning and implementing educational activities that promote children's development.
• Provide individual and group support to children, fostering their social and cognitive skills.
• Ensure the well-being of all children by following health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning experience.

Nursery Assistant - Requirements:

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
