Nursery Nurse Suitable to NQT

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal Nursery Nurse will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, along with strong leadership skills to manage a nursery room effectively.

**Duties:**

- Lead and supervise daily activities in the nursery room

- Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

- Manage a team of nursery Nurses to maintain a positive and nurturing environment

**Skills:**

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a nursery or childcare setting

- Strong background in early childhood education

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Experience working with children of varying ages

- Minimum NVQ level 3 in childcare
