Early Years Practitioners Needed in the London Borough of Bexley

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioners to work in various settings across the London Borough of Bexley. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old, ensuring that they are happy, safe and developing their full potential.

Job Specification:

The successful candidates will have:

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent
• A passion for working with children and promoting their development
• Experience of working in a nursery or early years setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• The ability to plan and deliver activities that are engaging and stimulating
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old
• Planning and delivering a range of stimulating and engaging activities that support children's learning and development
• Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate records and completing observations on children's progress
• Ensuring that safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
• Promoting equality and diversity
• Working in partnership with other professionals to support children's learning and development
