Are you an experienced Nursery Teacher looking for a rewarding short-term opportunity? We are working with a lovely primary school in Tower Hamlets, and they are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis from September until December.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for nursery-aged children.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible educational experience for students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall school community and participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and safe learning environment.
  • Dedication to fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
