An award-winning Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their esteemed team at their alternative site in Berkeley. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students with diverse needs and contribute to an inclusive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop personalized intervention plans for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement effective strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff on occupational therapy techniques.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification (e.g., BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy).
  • Registration with a recognized professional body.
  • Experience working with SEN children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
