Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student development.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on therapeutic techniques.

Requirements:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification (e.g., HCPC registration).
• Experience in a SEN or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of SEN needs and strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and provide tailored support.
