  • Provide one-to-one educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create tailored learning plans based on individual student needs
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve their learning goals
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Relevant degree in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Degree in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Prior experience working with students with SEN

  • Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
  • Ability to create personalised learning plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Experience in conducting assessments and writing progress reports

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
