Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Outdoor Education, Forest School Leadership, or similar field (Level 3 or higher).

  • First Aid certification (or willingness to complete).
  • A passion for the outdoors, with practical skills in outdoor activities, environmental education, or adventure sports.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to engage students who may have faced barriers in traditional educational settings.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.
  • A valid UK driving license is desirable.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking SEN school group with a strong reputation for nurturing student potential.
  • Access to ongoing professional development opportunities and training.
