Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide English, Maths and Science tutoring to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Create individualised lesson plans to meet the specific educational requirements of each student
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support students' holistic development
  • Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and progress
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEMH students

  • Solid understanding of English, Maths, and Science curriculum
  • Familiarity with SEMH strategies and interventions
  • Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs
  • Work primarily in a home setting
  • Full-time hours with potential for flexible scheduling

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
