  • Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students
  • Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
  • Preparing and organising educational materials and resources
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback to the teacher
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Prior experience working with Key Stage 1 students in an educational setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Understanding of child development and learning strategies
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification

This role involves working in a school environment, following the school term calendar and timetable. Part-Time hours are expected to be during regular school hours.
