Temporary position with Part-Time hours

Education, KS2

£83.95 - £95 per day

  • Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons to Key Stage 2 students
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour of pupils
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties
  • Preparing educational materials and resources
  • Supervising students during break times and off-site activities

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

Prior experience working with primary school children

Understanding of the National Curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Patience and empathy when working with children

First Aid certification

Part-Time hours during school term time

Work may involve standing and walking for extended periods

Potential exposure to challenging behaviour from students
