As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting classroom teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about education who want to make a difference in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
  • Support students in small groups or one-on-one settings to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during activities, including lunch, recess, and field trips.
  • Provide administrative support, including grading assignments and organizing classroom materials.
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify students' needs and help implement individualized learning plans.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, students, and parents as needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
