Position: Pashto-Speaking Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £85.00 - £110.00 per day
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Classroom Learning: Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and engaging with students to enhance their learning experience.
- Facilitate Communication: Help Pashto-speaking students understand instructions and course materials, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Individual Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra assistance, helping them build confidence and skills.
- Encourage Participation: Motivate students to actively participate in classroom activities and discussions.
- Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and organized classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant qualification in childcare or education.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Pashto and English to effectively communicate with students and staff.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
