Pastoral Leader Required – Join Our Secondary School in Darwen!

Are you an experienced pastoral leader with a passion for student wellbeing and personal development? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Pastoral Leader to join our team at a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Darwen.

Start date: Monday 28th October 2024.

Contract: Full-time, temp-perm.

  • Have proven experience in a pastoral leadership role within a secondary school setting.

  • Be skilled in managing student behaviour and supporting positive mental health.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Be proactive in fostering an inclusive, safe, and supportive school culture.
