Role Overview:

  • Supporting the Pastoral Team:
    • Provide comprehensive administration services.
    • Promote high standards of behavior and learning in line with our behavior policy.
    • Maintain a visible presence during key transition points, ensuring discipline and order.

What You Will Need:

  • Work alongside the Pastoral Team, emphasising punctuality, attendance, and positive behavior for learning.
  • Maintain and update student behavior records.
  • Supervise students throughout the day, enforcing conduct rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent administration skills with efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
