Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have the dedication and empathy to support secondary school-age children who have faced challenges in mainstream education? We are seeking a committed and reliable Pastoral Mentor to join a team at a school in Liverpool, an alternative provision school that specializes in providing tailored educational support to students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
About Them:
They are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for students who have struggled in mainstream school settings. Our school offers a unique learning experience with dedicated classrooms for a range of vocational subjects, including a large workshop and salon, as well as rooms for general teaching equipped with modern facilities like whiteboards for subjects such as Maths and English.
Role Overview:
As a Pastoral Mentor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our students. You will play a crucial role in helping them overcome barriers to learning, fostering their personal development, and guiding them on their educational journey. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who can fully dedicate themselves to the role, demonstrating commitment and reliability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
