Position: Pastoral Teaching Assistant
Location: Walsall
Salary: £420/£450 (per week)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and pastoral support to students.
• Help students overcome barriers to learning.
• Create a positive, nurturing environment for all students.
• Support students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to prioritize student well-being.

Requirements:

• A degree in any field (relevant experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for student welfare.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy school environment.
• Some experience working in a school or with young people.
