Job Role: PE Teacher

Location: Hall Green, Birmingham

Pay Rate: Pay to scale

Are you looking for a new teaching role in the new academic year?

Then look no further, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a number of qualified PE teachers to start at schools around Hall Green and Solihull in September 2024!!

The ideal candidate will be availble to work full time and ideally be willing to travel up to 15 miles. Experience teaching in the UK is essential, and you MUST hold a UK QTS. 

NQT's are encouraged to apply for this position!

Qualifications needed:

- UK QTS / PGCE

- BA Honours degree in Sports or a simular subject

- Minimum of 5 GCSE'S

- Previous experience in a similar role

Role Expectations:

- Work alongside the head of department to create an inclusive and safe learning enviroment for the pupils

- Strong classroom and workload management is necessary – which will be assessed via your references

- Experience of planning, teaching and assessing the full UK Physcial Education Curriculum up to GCSE level is necessary

- Commitment to raising standards of learning, attitude and attainment

- High level of self-motivation and interpersonal skills
