Start Date: Following October Half-Term
Contract: Full-Time, temp-perm

Are you a passionate and dedicated Physical Education teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and shape the future of young women? We are seeking an enthusiastic Female PE Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Clitheroe, Lancashire, starting from the October half-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
  • Promote a healthy and active lifestyle, encouraging students to participate in a wide range of sports and physical activities.
  • Develop and implement a diverse curriculum that meets the needs of all students, fostering a love for physical education.
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular sports clubs and teams, contributing to the school’s strong sporting tradition.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Physical Education.
  • Proven experience in teaching PE at the secondary school level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
