Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Service Manager based in Salisbury for a partner school. The successful applicant will report to the Head of People Services and work closely with the Headteachers and Senior Leaders in our Education Provisions

The ideal candidate will be friendly and proactive and have relevant people experience (gained in a school environment is ideal but not essential), be highly organised, and able to act with integrity, compassion, and empathy.

It will be a busy office, with plenty of variety to keep you going, so time management and flexibility is a must. You represent the brand in all that you do from speaking to employees to third party suppliers and stakeholders. Being able to quickly build and maintain rapport is beneficial.
