Phonics Intervention Lead

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate individual who is looking to make a difference to young learners' lives. The position is for a full-time role.

 

Experience:

  • Leading and delivering phonics sessions to 6-10 students.
  • Supporting the development of students in EYFS, Reception and Year 1.
  • Working closely with teachers to design and deliver impactful phonics interventions.
  • Tracking and evaluating student progress to adjust support as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a related field.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in phonics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong commitment to supporting young children and helping them reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
