Cover Teacher/HLTA for PE & RE

Position: Cover Teacher/HLTA
Subjects: Physical Education (PE) and Religious Education (RE)
Specialization: Experience with PMLD students preferred

A specialist school in East Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Cover Teacher/HLTA to provide support in PE and RE classes. If you have experience teaching these subjects or working with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in PE and RE.
• Support students with PMLD to achieve their educational goals.
• work with other educators to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience teaching PE and RE or working with PMLD students.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for working in a specialist educational setting.
• MUST have or willing to apply for a Enhanced Child DBS
