As a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape young lives and contribute to a stimulating and supportive learning environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and creating a classroom atmosphere that is both engaging and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where students feel valued and motivated.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of each child.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • A degree in a relevant subject and a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum.
  • Experience in a primary school setting is advantageous but not essential; a genuine passion for teaching and learning is key.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

What We Offer:

  • A warm, supportive, and collaborative working environment with a team that values and respects each other.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development to advance your career.
  • The chance to work in a diverse and dynamic community.
