Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans and teaching materials.
  • Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor and support student progress.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and respect.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of individual students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and standards.

We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for the role, with a relevant teaching degree and certification.
  • Proven Experience: A track record of successful teaching in a primary school setting, demonstrating effective classroom management and student engagement.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creative and Resourceful: Innovative in developing engaging lessons and adapting to various learning styles and needs.
