Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to the Year 4 curriculum, inspiring students' curiosity and love for learning.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work, share best practices, and contribute to the wider school community.
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure their academic and personal growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 4.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Dedication to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
