At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a school in Newcastle who are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher. This school prides themselves in providing a happy, caring, learning environment that inspires their pupils to reach their full potential.

Job duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to early career students
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience
• Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practises

Required Qualification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.  
• Experience working with early career students
• Strong classroom management skills

Knowledge and skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Understanding of current educational trends and best practises
• Proficiency in using technology in the classroom
