In this role, you’ll be working closely with a small group of students with a range of needs, including ADHD, ASD & MLD, ensuring every child feels supported and empowered to learn. As part of the team, you will plan and lead creative, thematic activities that nurture students' development and provide them with positive learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and leading engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Collaborating with support staff and assistants to ensure each child receives the care and attention they require.
  • Developing personalised learning plans that reflect the abilities, progress, and potential of every student.
  • Fostering a safe, nurturing environment where pupils feel valued and motivated.

We want to hear from passionate, creative, and dedicated educators!

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in a primary SEN setting.
  • Experience supporting students with ASD, MLD, and other special educational needs.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude with a talent for making learning fun and accessible.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with support staff and parents.
