  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for primary school students 
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and goals
  • Implement engaging teaching methods to help students develop academic and social skills
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a supportive learning environment
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN

  • Understanding of the UK education system
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a school or educational setting
  • Potential for remote tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
