  • Provide specialised educational support to primary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support academic progress and social development.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

 

  • Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree 
  • Previous experience in SEN teaching or support role.
  • Understanding of the UK education system and SEN legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

  • Part-time position with flexible hours.
  • Work primarily in a school setting with some remote work possible.
  • Interact with students, teachers, parents, and support staff on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
