Are you a passionate and adaptable educator looking to make a positive impact in primary education? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team, providing high-quality teaching support to our primary schools on a flexible, as-needed basis.

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will have the opportunity to work across various year groups, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during your time in the classroom.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, including behavior management and safeguarding.
  • Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
  • Up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
