Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional and academic development of all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and attainment of pupils, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the well-being and educational success of all pupils.
  • Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with educational best practices.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • A degree in Education or a related subject.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
