Salary: £135 - £210 Per day

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school children
  • Assess and record pupils' progress and development
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages active participation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support pupil learning and development
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Previous experience in teaching primary school pupils preferred

  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Classroom management skills
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) children

The role of a Primary Teacher may involve working regular school hours and participating in extracurricular activities. It requires patience, resilience, and a passion for educating young minds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
