Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Year 5 teacher for a maternity cover position at a welcoming primary school in Wigan, starting in September 2024.

About the Role:

  • Position: Year 5 Maternity Cover Teacher

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 5 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 5.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
