We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our inclusive primary schools in the Dagenham area starting in October.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Engaging Lesson Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons that meet curriculum objectives and ignite a love for learning.

•             Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.

•             Inclusive Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration among students.

•             Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share innovative teaching practices and enhance overall instructional strategies.

•             Community Involvement: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings to build strong community ties.

 

Ideal Candidates Will:

•             Hold a UK teaching qualification (QTS, ECT, PGCE, SCITT, or BED). Final-year students expecting to qualify at the end of the academic year are also welcome to apply, provided they have the relevant experience.

•             Possess a DBS on the Update Service (we can assist you).

•             Demonstrate a professional strong work ethic.

•             Exhibit effective behaviour management strategies and maintain high standards.

•             Set ambitious goals for themselves and their students, fostering a culture of high expectations.

•             Understand and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.

•             Show genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.

•             Consistently demonstrate high-quality teaching practices.

•             Be driven to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress for all students.
