We are looking for a committed Primary Teaching Assistant to join our energetic team at a well-regarded primary school in Crewe, set to welcome a new member in January. Our school is dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience in a modern, well-equipped environment.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and enhancing student learning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing tailored support to individual students, and helping to create an engaging atmosphere for all learners. You will also participate in organizing educational resources and helping with the implementation of lesson plans that cater to varied learning styles.

Candidates should have relevant experience working with children, preferably in a primary education setting. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, will set you apart. While specific qualifications like a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate are beneficial, a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth is what we value most.
