Teaching Personnel is partnering with a Primary SEN (Special Educational Needs) school in East Bristol that is dedicated to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each child. This opportunity is perfect for those new to working with children, considering a career in education, or experienced in mainstream settings who want to work more 1:1 with students, especially those with autism.

Position Details:

  • Start Date: Full-time, beginning in November and after half-term
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (term time only); flexible work arrangements available to support work/life balance
  • Pay: £84/day, paid weekly

About the role:

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be confident, proactive, and resilient when working with challenging behaviour

  • Work well in a team and be open to feedback and growth
  • Ideally have some experience with children or young people with autism, though we welcome those who are new to this area
