We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Tameside area starting ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance, including those with special educational needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Support students in their social and emotional development, promoting their well-being and mental health.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of extracurricular activities, such as field trips or school events.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and research methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic educational setting.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting student learning.
