Role Overview:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant with a focus on psychology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and emotional development of primary school students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support for students, including those with special educational needs, to ensure their academic and social progression.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement events focused on well-being, such as mindfulness sessions, anti-bullying workshops, and mental health awareness days.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is advantageous.
