Pay: £12.90 per hour

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Worker to join our team at a secondary school supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, helping them engage positively with their education.
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to support a calm and productive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver targeted support.

About You:

  • Strong behaviour management skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with pupils.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young people.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
