**Your Role:**

- Deliver customized one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, adjusting lessons to address challenges while highlighting students' strengths.
- Build students' confidence and mastery in subjects like English, Math, Science, and more.
- Develop strong, supportive relationships to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, continuously adapting teaching strategies to foster growth.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in working with students.
- Proficiency in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on students’ lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
