**Your Role:**

- Deliver personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring that addresses each student’s unique needs.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, crafting lessons that address challenges and build on student strengths.
- Boost student confidence and competence in subjects such as English, Math, Science, and more.
- Foster positive and inclusive relationships that create a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure ongoing development.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven experience working with students.
- Expertise in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and engage students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a positive, lasting impact on students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
