Position: Art Teacher in Secondary Education

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified Art Teachers to join our team working in schools across Northampton. Many of our client schools are looking for Teachers to join their team as of September 2024 for the new academic year, so if you are looking for a new challenge we want to hear from you!

About the role

Starting from September, we are ideally seeking full time candidates but will also consider part time teachers who. The successful candidate ideally has excellent knowledge of the subject, as well as be willing to learn and teach each level of the carefully designed curriculum.

As an Art teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to Plan, prepare and deliver fun and exciting lessons for all year groups, using the schools set curriculum to help boost the students’ skills and knowledge.

Requirements

-          Experience of teaching Key Stages, 3, and 4 and have the passion and enthusiasm to deliver the subject

-          Good understanding of the Art Curriculum

-          An enhanced Child only DBS

-          An overseas Police Clearance (If applicable)

-          Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
