Position: Drama Teacher

Location: NN3, Northampton

Are you a newly qualified Drama teacher or an experienced Drama teacher Looking for a new challenge?

We’re actively seeking qualified Teachers of Drama to join our team ready to work in our clients schools on long term contracts.

About the role

Ideally the successful candidate will have a love for the subject to therefore provide fun lessons to the students, hopefully promoting an enjoyment for acting within themselves too, and a want to join in with the school’s extra curriculum opportunities out of the school day.

You will have experience working with students from year 7 up to A-level students, and are able to plan, deliver and mark high quality lessons for the students.

Requirements

  • Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
  • Qualification in Drama or experience in the subject
  • Great Classroom management skills
  • An enhanced child only DBS check (Or be prepared to apply for one)
  • An overseas police clearance
  • Interest in inspiring the future generations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
